ABOUT
DAY CHALLENGE
DAY Challenge Social Innovation was originally initiated by social innovation NGOs, enterprises, and communities from the U.S., China, and the UK in 2020. Led and supported by alumni of world-famous universities, cross-sector innovation experts, and scholars from diversified industries all over the world, DAY Challenge Social Innovation is committed to promoting and incubating social innovation projects led by young creators and providing a communication platform centered on social impact by youth, innovation for good and entrepreneurship for good.
Our Values
By connecting and incubating outstanding youth social innovation projects, we are aimed to promote the following values:
Fun and Meaningful
We hope that aspiring young creators can enjoy the fun and achievement of innovation, and spread this excitement. "Fun and Meaningful" would be one of the critical and basic evaluation criteria to select projects to be qualified for the DAY Challenge.
Integrative and Collaborative
Day Challenge will focus on interesting and fresh perspectives, gathering aspiring young people across different fields such as humanities, science, art, and philosophy, to observe society with fresh eyes and create meaningful designs for life. We encourage challengers to create in groups. We firmly believe that integrated talents and agile organizations are the most needed driving force in the VUCA era.
Entrepreneurship with Social Impact
A healthy society comes from the common interests of all fields. We encourage young people to start with the familiar little things around them, and constantly explore, recognize, practice and influence. Step by step, root the concept of mutual benefit in creation.
Learning through Creating
In addition to participating in different programs and events with DAY Challenge, young leaders can also apply to become part of our operation team. Members can have the opportunity to grow in an all-around way in a team with great autonomy, innovative spirit, and responsibility. Trained in creative skills, design thinking, project management, media marketing, entrepreneurial literacy, and other aspects, you will become the most popular innovative talent and leader in the future.
